Hosting

The website is hosted using GitHub Pages, a service provided by:

Personal data

CQSD.fr is a static information website. It has no user accounts, contact form, newsletter, audience-measurement tool or advertising tracker, and it does not directly collect personal data from visitors.

The contact link opens the visitor’s own email software. If you choose to write to us, the information in your message is used only to read and respond to your request and, where necessary, to follow up on the relevant academic, administrative or recruitment matter. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence concerning the activities presented on the website. The information is accessible only to the people who need it and is kept no longer than necessary for that purpose.

The site publishes professional information about CQSD members, including names, positions, research topics, biographies and photographs, in order to present the group’s research activities. Anyone concerned may request the correction or removal of information relating to them.

Depending on the processing concerned, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise these rights or ask a privacy question, contact Philippe Goldner. If you consider that your rights have not been respected after making contact, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL ↗.

Technical connection data

GitHub may process standard technical service and connection information—such as IP address, device information, request date and time, and security logs—to deliver and protect GitHub Pages. CQSD does not receive or use these data for audience measurement.

Because GitHub is established in the United States, its processing may involve international transfers under the safeguards described in the GitHub General Privacy Statement ↗.

Cookies

CQSD does not place advertising, analytics or other non-essential cookies or trackers on visitors’ devices. For this reason, no cookie-consent banner is displayed.

If a future version introduces a service requiring consent, it will not be activated before an appropriate consent mechanism and updated information are provided.

Intellectual property & credits

Unless otherwise stated, the structure, written content and original graphical elements of the website are made available by CQSD. Photographs and figures remain the property of their respective authors and rights holders; individual credits are displayed next to the relevant images.

Photographs credited to Nolwenn Buvat ↗ are used with attribution. Photographs sourced from IRCP profile pages are identified as such. Publication figures remain subject to the rights and licences of their publishers and authors.

Institutional and funding-agency names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
